The breathwork ceremony that Amy was guiding, where I, together with 20 others was taking part in, was in word, MAGICAL! Because of her complete presence, her deep rootedness, and at the same time, her feminine power, I was given a safe space to make a deep connection with myself. Her voice and the beautiful music/sounds that Amy used as tools to guide us gave me a direction and gave me the support I needed. The only thing I had to do was follow... and I arrived in paradise. Although I was hesitant about the session at first, especially in such a large group, I felt no difficulty in surrendering and making the journey that presented itself. In awe and gratitude, I recommend this to everyone! It is a HEALING experience!
